1.The regular work day shall consist of eight (8) hours for full-time employees.

2.The regular work day shall consist of four (4) but less than eight (8) hours for part-time employees.

3.Working hours for full-time employees shall include an on-call lunch period not to exceed thirty (30) minutes; provided, however, that employees will be expected to remain on school premises during that period, unless released to leave by the building principal or his/her designee.

4.The regular work week shall consist of forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday, for full-time employees.

5.The regular work week shall consist of between twenty (20) and thirty-nine (39) hours per week, Monday through Friday, for part-time employees.
