1. Call Back
B. To be classified as call back service, there must be a break between the period for which the employee was called back and his regular shift; provided, however, that if the employee requests deferral of service, it will not constitute a call back.
C. In addition to working his or her full regular shift if an employee is called in to report one and one-half hours or more in advance of the time for his or her regular shift, he or she will be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours at time and one-half.
D. Burglar Alarm. $15.00 fee which will include building check and reset
the alarm.
(2) Effective January l, 1970, all extra-curricular serving shall
be at a rate of one and one-half (l-l/2) times the regular rate, if beyond
the servicing employee's assigned shift.
3. Uniforms
Employees in certain classifications may be required to wear uniforms
identifying them as School City employees; in such cases, these uniforms
will be provided at the expense of the school corporation.
4. Auto Mileage.
The school corporation shall pay a mileage allowance for the use of
personal automobiles for transportation at the corporate reimbursement
rate to custodial/maintenance employees when the regular assignment requires
the employee to travel between buildings.
