1.Both parties have had the opportunity to discuss all bargainable issues, and negotiations on the terms, conditions or additions to this Agreement will not be reopened during the terms of this Agreement unless mutually agreed to by the parties to this Agreement. This Agreement shall supersede all previous Agreements between parties, terms whether specific or implied, and constitutes the complete agreement between the parties. Either party may initiate discussion, as defined in IC 20-7.5-1-2(0), during the term of this Agreement regarding salary wage or working conditions not contained in this Agreement or supplemental thereto. Discussion may be initiated by notifying the other party by letter listing the subject of discussion.

2.Should any article, section or clause of this Agreement be declared illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction or the IEERB, said article, section or clause, as the case may be, shall be automatically deleted from this Agreement to the extent that it violates the law, but the remaining article, sections, and clauses shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the Agreement, if not affected by the deleted article, section or clause.
