The foregoing provisions of employment for the Building Service Employees of the School City of Hobart shall be considered to be a continuing Agreement between the Board of School Trustees and the Building Service Employees. Provisions of the foregoing Agreement will remain in effect through December 31st of 1998.

It shall also be understood that any requests on the part of the Building Service Employees for termination or changes shall be furnished to the Board of School Trustees by the regular representatives of the said Building Service Employees, in writing, not later than June 5th of any year to provide for termination or changes to become effective with January lst of the ensuing year.
