Stress Level Test

Everyone has stress in the life. It is important to be aware of the stressors (the things that cause you stress) in your life. You need to know there are ways to handle stress. Cigarettes, alcohol and drugs are not your answer.

Before taking this test, get a piece of paper and a pencil to record your answers. Since the test is just for yourself and no one else, try to answer as honestly as possible. It will give you an indicator of your stress level.

2. Had an argument or been in a fight?

3. Been late for something?

4. Had something exciting happen to you?
