Today I was lucky enough to get to perform on stage with the first graders and kindergartners from Mrs. Burns' and Mrs. Best's classes. We all got cool reindeer glasses. We sang Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer!

Today we drove to the Oakland Paramount Theatre and saw the Nutcracker Ballet by the Oakland Ballet. We had REALLY GOOD SEATS! I sat in the front row with Carley! I was so close to the stage that I almost jumped up start dancing with the dancers. I got to see the orchestra pit too! Then we ate
lunch in the park.

Today I got to travel all around the World learning about how Christmas is celebrated in different countries. It was really fun. My favorite country was India...because Mrs. Burns did that country. We made lots of things and I even got my own passport. The TV came and we were all on the local news!

Today we first met with our fifth grade buddies and made cookies. Then we read the book That's Not Santa and dressed Santa in different suits. Then it was party time. We had a lot of fun making lots of Christmas projects...just when I thought the excitement was over..who popped in but SANTA! I asked for a bone and got my picture taken! Then it was time to say goodby to all the boys and girls at Arroyo Mocho. I am looking forward to getting back home for the holidays! Mrs. Burns packed
me up very carefully and took me to the post office! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!

Love,
Addey
