General Information:

-It is required that you have a folder in which to keep all notes and papers related to this
assignment.  This folder is to be used only for this assignment!

-After your group has been assigned, each member is to pick a particular role in the
Underground Railroad.  You will need to go to that role and decide which position/ you will
      take.

-The more you choose to do, the better your grade.

-Part of  your grade will be determined by your cooperation within your group and the amount
      of your  involvement.

When Doing Your Report:

-You will use the webquest, other resources found in your room, and any you may have.

-You will need to work within the time frame that your teacher has given.

-Be sure to use your time well in the computer lab and when working within your groups.

-Be sure to proofread and spell check all work.  Also, you must  have a partner in your group
proofread your work before turning anything in to the teacher.

-You are required to include a bibliography with at least three(3) resources.

-Written work is to be typed or neatly hand-written in blue or black ink.

-Everyone in the group must orally participate in the final group presentation.

-Your group presentation will count as 40% of your grade.

-Your group participation and cooperation will count as 10% of your grade.

-The other 50% will be based on your written work and any creations that you've made for
       your project.

-See the table for suggestions for your presentation.  If you think of other ideas for
presentation, check with your teacher for approval before preparing the presentation.

-On the day of your group presentation, make sure that you and your group are prepared.
Anyone who is not ready will have a grade reduction as determined by the teacher.

-During your presentation speak loudly and clearly so everyone can hear you.

-Enjoy the moment.  Hopefully, you've worked hard and are proud of your work.
