We will never forget this day
and the days that came after. We were at school. Everyone was
crying. Teachers were very quiet. We stayed inside at
recess. Our parents hugged and kissed us extra that day, and talked
to us about the terrorists. People in stores were nicer to each
other. America changed that day. Now we know that there are a
lot of sad things in life, but we also know it is special to be an
American.
