ALL ABOUT RILEY

My name is Riley Jean S., and I am 15 years old and a freshman at Hobart High School in Hobart, Indiana. I was asked by my friend, Kirsten, if I would like to help her create a webpage and I thought it would be an interesting experience. This is my first time doing this and I am slowly getting the hang of it. I live with my mom, dad, brother Thomas, and my sister Brittany.

Throughout my freshmen year, I have:

  • Managed the high school boys' soccer team and received a letter;

  • Was a part of the Hobart High School's swim team, which received "all academics" standing for the team's collective GPA, and I received a letter;

  • Am an active member of the Lupus Foundation to help find a cure. This past year I was involved in the Lupus Walk for a Cure, and The Chili Cook-off.

  • Am in a singing group called Fresh.

I have realized the amount of work and time that is needed to accomplish a project like this. I understand how hard Kirsten works, and I am glad she has asked me to help her. Hopefully with future media fair projects, I can also work with her. Kirsten has informed me of the places we can go if we work hard and finish media fair. I am excited and hope our time and work will reward us in the future.
