1) Decide on each group member's role:
            a) Owner of "The Storybook Hut", Mr./Miss Bookman
            b) TV station interviewer, Mr./Miss Cablevision
            c) One of the authors in #2 below

2) Pick an author your group wants to study:
            a) Jan Brett
            b) Steven Kellogg
            c) Patricia Pollaco
            d) Chris Van Allsburg

epending on the role you choose, your individual requirements are as follows:

Mr./Miss Bookman, owner of "The Storybook Hut" -
1) Design a pamphlet promoting the author's visit to your store, "The Storybook Hut". Include the following in your pamphlet:
    a) A picture of the author
    b) Your store's name and location; possibly a map or directions to your store
    c) A short biographical sketch of the author
    d) A list of books by the author
    e) List of events such as a book signing, an interview session, television coverage, door prizes
       (books by the author), your own ideas
    f) Date and time of author visit
    g) Author's and/or bookstore's website
2) Write a short speech introducing the author

Author of your choice - Be prepared to answer questions about the following topics during your interview. Write notes for yourself.
    a) Birthplace and childhood
    b) Beginning of your career
    c) Ideas, influences for books
    d) Your favorite book (written by you and by another author)
    e) Ideas for future books
