Children love Curious George. George is very interested in learning. His learning may cause complications at times, but in the end George is always applauded for his observations and determination. In the same way, while our children are learning, they sometimes create difficulties, but as educators and parents, we applaud their tenacity to learn. After all, where would education be if it weren't for those before us who through curiosity have given us so many cornerstones upon which to build? At George Earle Mrs. Graves' kindergarten classes have their own Curious George who goes home each night with a different student. To expose the children to the art of keeping a journal, they write about their day in a special Curious George book. When they return the next day, the journal entries are read to the class. ![]() ![]() ![]() We invite you to climb into the eyes of our children and experience, as Curious George has, the excitement of having a special guest for the evening. | Mrs. Graves' Afternoon Class | | December 1998 | January 1999 |
