The leopard’s location is in Southern Asia and must of Africa {“Leopards”}. They will live in places that they are invisible like in the forest, bush, scrub, or rocky hillsides {“Leopards”}. They are also in South America {http://dialspoce. diol.pipex.com/town /plaza/abf90/bco/Leopards.htm}. The counties are South Africa, Nigeria, and India {http://Leopard.htm}.

     Leopards have good characteristics. I will tell you some. They are shy and wary {“Leopard”}. The weight is 65-180lbs {“leopards”}. Body length is 3-5ft {“Leopards”}. Shoulder length is 1-2ft{“Leopards”}. Tail length 23ft{“Leopards”}. The color are yellowish – golden and black {“Leopards”}.

    I am going to tell you the hunting/defense skills. The diet of a leopard is small monkeys, rats, squirrels, porcupines, fiel mice, and baboons. (Sauteren ,pg.24-32)  Some have the like for human flesh. (Leopards).

      Leopards have a strange home life.  Cubs never get to see their dad’s (Leopards).  One day the mother takes the cubs into the forest to teach them how to hunt (Sauteren).  The cubs stay hidden until they are 6 to 8 days old. (Sauteren, pg.24-32)

    Leopards and Black Panthers are the same thing (“Leopards”). The black panther is known as the ghost of the forest (Sateren). There are 34 different kinds of cats (Leopards”).
